Thalis Morales, drawn by Miami’s climate and quality of life, relocated from the New York metro area 12 years ago. Thalis has been a key member of The Beacon Council team for 9 years.She is responsible for the CRM system administration andcompliance to regulations and internal policies.
Thalis designs, develops, implements, and monitors The Beacon Council CRM system and related processes to track, manage, and report on business development activities and the real-time status of objectives, thereby supporting the achievement of strategic goals.
Thalis is passionate about economic development because it directly impacts job creation, capital investment, and our community’s quality of life. Working at The Beacon Council has provided a front-row seat to Miami’s transformation into a global hub for business, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Before joining The Beacon Council, Thalis worked as a Corporate Trainer in the banking industry. Outside of work, Thalis enjoys Miami’s year-round sunshine, arts, culture, and culinary delights.
