She brings expertise in sales, strategy, and operations, honed at Google across the US, Latin America, and Europe, to support and advance the organization’s economic development initiatives.
Tatiana’s global perspective, shaped by living and working in Brazil, The Netherlands, New York, and Silicon Valley, and her proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, enable her to connect with and support businesses worldwide seeking to establish or expand in Miami. Her personal experience with relocation and cultural adaptation provides a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities businesses face when transitioning to a new environment.
Tatiana’s accomplishments showcase her ability to deliver results. At Google, she orchestrated product specialist deployment against a workforce of thousands of sellers, boosting annual revenue. She partnered with Just Eat Takeaway, a fortune 500 EMEA company, to develop a cloud-based marketing analytics roadmap, enabling data-driven decision-making and advanced capabilities. In her role as Head of Product Activation at Google Cloud, she spearheaded the structuring of the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data lake migrations incentives program to increase Cloud migration ROI and velocity. She partnered with Booking.com, one of the largest online travel agencies, to increase performance in their online media buying and fostered robust partnerships with Google’s senior leadership. She also led the Northern Europe GDPR Transition Team, ensuring compliance amidst complex legal and commercial considerations.
Tatiana’s commitment to empowering others extends beyond her professional achievements. While in New York, she shared her experience as a Latino Leader with MBA students at Harvard Business School during a conference. During her time in Amsterdam, she co-led the Women@ Amsterdam chapter at Google, championing diversity and inclusion initiatives, and volunteered at TQ’s Amsterdam Tech Hub, teaching leadership courses.
Tatiana’s educational background, which includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Unicamp in Brazil and executive education at Stanford University, provides a strong foundation for her analytical and problem-solving skills. Her early career experience as a software engineer at Motorola further demonstrates her technical acumen and ability to navigate varying levels of complexity to create impact.
